A parable is a true to life story that reflects a theological truth.
BTW ‘Theology’ is two Greek words:
Theos, meaning God.
Logos, meaning the understanding of or study of.
This parable is about the nation of Israel, and how the Bible predicted exactly what would happen to Israel including what is happening there now.
