Summary
Luke starts where the Old Testament left off in the Gospel of Luke, and Act (Luke’s 2nd book) starts off where his first Book (Luke) leaves off – the assertion of Jesus!
Acts is the story of the birth of the Church and Christianity! And they fasted a lot in the early Church! So we are starting our 7 days of fasting and prayer today after lunch and will break the fast at the Lord’s table next Sunday!
